Ingredients

  • 16 fluid ounces of coconut water
  • 2 cups of pineapple chunks
  • 1 piece of cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 5 pieces of mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Add the coconut water to your blender.
  2. Then add the cucumber and pineapple.
  3. Followed by mint leaves.
  4. Pour in the lemon juice.
  5. Blend all the ingredients on high for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Transfer to glass.
  7. Enjoy!

If you don't have coconut water or wish to not use coconut water, you can substitute it with water.
